Kathryn has lived on Sydney's Northern Beaches for 48 years, 32 of which Kathryn has been providing award winning real estate services to her valued clients. Kathryn is Principal of Kathryn Hall Real Estate, and Merchants are proud and delighted to have her represent us and our clients in the Sydney property market.

Kathryn is an active member of the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales.  Kathryn is currently the Vice Chairperson for the Residential Sales Chapter and also sits as a member of the NSW REI  Political Action committee. 

Kathryn and Simon Merchant share a passion for facilitating international investment in the Australian property markets, and are commited to promoting Australia as a stable property market, offering low sovereign risk, compared to other global markets competing for foreign investment.
